Chicken Pizza Crust
1 1/4 cups finely shredded, farm fresh, cooked chicken breast
2 lg. eggs
1/2 cup grated parm.
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients, press out to about a 1/4 inch thick and shape mixture on sprayed parchment paper.
FYI: don’t leave any holes while shaping and pressing mixture out.
Bake at 450, depending on your oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust turns golden and the crust is firm.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Add your sauce and toppings. Bake for another ten minutes, or until your cheese melts.
You can very easily make individual pan pizzas out of this mixture. This could be a fun family activity! Just sayin! 😉
