What’s on your plate?

Do you know where your food comes from, if not you should. One of the ways to know you’re eating good food, is to know where it came from and the hands that were involved. The best place to look is your local community, but don’t take our word for it. This is an easy beautifully made, locally sourced meal, from the home of Curt Henry. These are his own words.

“Absolutely outstanding, local dinner last night. Homemade haluski with potatoes for that extra little treat, made by group member and Cider Evangelista Margie Firment. I added some leftover bratwurst medallions from Mike and Jill Little of Chaganra Farm. Thanks to all for feeding us! It was so savory and satisfying after a cold day. Eat local, eat well! ”
