Matt and Rachel Long both grew up on a family farm. They both decided they wanted their daughters to have the same farm experience that they had. So in 2013, they purchased their own farm located in Scottdale, PA. Among other things, they raise pork and beef that’s grain finished. They recently expanded to hosting farm events such as mini farm camps for kids. Adding to that, they offer year-round farm photo opportunities. Their daughters are eager to help with the photo taking; by getting those in front of the camera to smile. This farm comes alive with color in the summer and fall, when a wide variety of flowers including sunflowers, are in bloom.
