This is the recipe that Curt Henry from the SW PA Support Farms and Markets Group uses. As Curt himself said, “It’s simple, but tasty. I do add salt to taste and am very “liberal” with the garlic and hot pepper measurements. These are so much better than the ones that I have purchased.”
