How to freeze strawberries the easy way.

Grab as many strawberries as you can this season. Enjoy them fresh, then freeze what’s left. That way you can enjoy them all through winter. They’ll taste just as fresh as they did on day one. So how do you do that?

Tried and testing for about 15+ years now.
First you have to clean your strawberries(let stems on for now), and there’s many different ways to do that. Then spread them out(not touching one another) onto a towel. Let them dry on the counter over night. The next morning remove the stems and place the ? spread out(not touching) onto a cookie sheet. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer over night. The next morning loosen(a few taps on the side of the cookie sheet) up the berries and put them into a freezer bags. We usually go one step further and when the freezer bag is almost completely closed, we suck the remaining air out of the bag. Done!

It’s easy, convenient and you can use as many berries as you like, whenever you like.
